Rural Empowerment

Our Approach

Rural Empowerment works with community groups and local institutions to deliver targeted training programs that provide skill training for 21st century jobs. Training content varies based on the location and needs of the community, and local industry requirements.

Our training programs are conducted by industry experts and reputed academic institutions. Current participants engage in a 16-week training program at Danville Community College, with a clear path to employment at the close.

Where we work

As rural communities across the US have different skill levels and access to different types of industry, The training program will consider the needs and existing skills of the community. Selection of communities in which we work will be based on community need, and availability of local stakeholders who will support the process.

Fostering strong partnerships

We develop strong relationships with the community, local non-profits, educational institutions, and industry, which inform both our approach and execution.
